A wonderful natural spectacle awaits you at the Johannes Waterfall. The thundering waters offer unforgettable moments to visitors. Of course, in Obertauern there are also numerous traditional huts and hill farms, just waiting to be discovered by more ambitious explorers:

• Hochalm

• Tauernkaralm with a petting zoo for the little ones

TIP: The Grünwaldkopf summit station is an ideal base for hikes in the Radstädter Tauern.
If you are driving through, treat yourself to a welcome break and use the Grünwaldkopf lift for a ride up to the Hochalm, where you and your family will enjoy the very best of Salzburg hospitality.

daily from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  (does not run in bad weather).
